first full week of July – the ‘run’ down (hehehe pun intended!)

Monday (5) – 55 min soccer
Tuesday (6) – 1 hr swim, 45 min speed work
Wednesday (7) – 1.5hr brick (1hr bike/.5hr run)
Thursday (8) – off
Friday (9) – 1x 70 min soccer game
Saturday – 2x 70 min soccer games
Sunday – rest or 1x 70 min soccer game
